An Electrical Installation Condition Report checks the condition of the fixed electrical installation in a property.
Do landlords need an EICR?
In England, private landlords generally need a satisfactory EICR for a new tenancy and at least every five years after that. If you are unsure what applies to your property, ask us and we will talk it through.
What is PAT testing?
PAT testing checks portable electrical appliances. We test the appliances you need checked and provide a report.
